In our great country, virtually everyone has the opportunity to improve their lives if they choose, whether that’s something as basic as a homeless shelter or advanced as small business education and assistance. This stands in stark contrast to Africa, where such opportunities for help do not exist outside of the limited reach of charities such as ours. In short, we are the only means of providing opportunities for most students and entrepreneurs. OPPORTUNITY that YOU can provide.
Secondly, the reality is that the average American does not have the means to have an impact on the issues that face America truly. However, the amount of money most of us spend at Starbucks in a month can completely change the lives of multiple people in Rwanda. I realize that this claim may sound exaggerated but consider that less than $40 provides education and food for a primary school student for a month or that $50 feeds a family of six for a month or that $500 buys a sewing machine and provides the means for a young woman to start a career as a seamstress. That is a real IMPACT, and YOU can provide it.
While we have an incredible, dedicated group of volunteers to mentor and teach these young entrepreneurs, we need your help to provide the needed resources to provide the means to help ensure their success.
